  • Circle carries the inventory risk — you only pay for what sells
  • Sell at FRP — the gap between FRP and the settlement price is your margin
  • Reconciliation & payment at month end (25th–30th)
  • Unsold stock goes back to Circle, no risk to you
  • Monthly performance bonus when you beat target

Pricing & FRP

  • FRP (Fixed Retail Price) = the fixed price to the end consumer
  • No advertising, listing or selling below FRP
  • First breach: written warning · Repeat: partnership ends
  • Prices adjusted twice a year (January & July)
  • At least 30 days' written notice before any change
  • If Circle cuts prices → partners are credited for stock on hand

Marketing & POSM

  • High-quality photos, videos and marketing materials provided
  • POSM support: posters, banners and signage when set up to standard
  • Priority access to Circle tournaments, events and campaigns
  • All promotion must follow the official brand identity
  • Circle may audit pricing and display at any point of sale

Warranty & Returns

  • 30-day warranty on manufacturing defects
  • 7-day exchange for transit damage
  • Unsold stock returns: within 60 days, intact and sealed
  • Return shipping to the warehouse is on the partner
  • Consignment: unsold stock returnable, confirmed by Circle within 3 days
